What to Expect

| During your first visit, you will fill out some personal information (please be sure to bring your insurance card so we can check your chiropractic and massage policy coverage). The Chiropractic Assistant will take your medical history. We will then play a short movie about chiropractic care. The Doctor will examine you, review your history, and take some X-rays if needed. This is then followed by a massage and physical therapy. | On your second visit, the Doctor will review your X-rays, explaining any findings, and provide a suggested frequency of visits. The Doctor will then adjust the patient, followed by the massage and physical therapy. | A typical office visit will consist of an adjustment, massage, physical therapy, and recommended excercises. |
Fees: First visit is $60.00 which will include 2 x-rays and all treatment or your copayment.
